Acceptance

By using the Newsdash app or website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or use Newsdash under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Reporters must complete KYC.

User content

You are responsible for what you post. Do not post content that is false, defamatory, obscene, hateful, infringes copyright, or violates any law. You grant Newsdash a licence to publish, edit for length and translate content you submit.

Reporter payments

Reporter earnings follow the rate card shown in the app. Payments are subject to verification, applicable tax deduction at source and our strike policy.

Moderation and takedown

We review content before publishing and may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms or on lawful orders.

Grievances

Complaints can be raised at /grievance and are resolved within 15 days.

Liability

Newsdash is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Hyderabad have jurisdiction.
